BPA Ocuzca
BPA OCUZCA is a livestock-focused agricultural organization that operates sustainable production systems aligned with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards. The organization sought to strengthen its governance, professionalize its management, and measure its impact to consolidate its social business model and progress toward B Corp certification.

The Challenge
While the organization had already made progress, its efforts were not yet structured into a clear strategy. The challenge was to define roles, organize decision-making processes, and establish environmental, social, and economic impact metrics that would strengthen sustainability and support B Corp certification.
The Solution
-
Partnered with BPA OCUZCA to design its sustainability strategy, documenting best practices in environmental management, social responsibility, and animal welfare.
-
Built a strong narrative to position its regenerative model and developed a premium commercialization strategy that enables the organization to command a price premium for its meat.
-
Designed a Sustainable Livestock School to strengthen team capabilities and ensure operational consistency.
-
Focused the entire process on preparing the organization for B Corp certification.

Outcome
The BPA OCUZCA case shows that strengthening an organization’s institutional capacity is not about constraining it, but about giving it the ability to sustain its mission over the long term. The process helped structure its operations, clarify its impact, and build a solid foundation for sustainable growth while preserving its local connection and the communities it serves.
