Grupo Smile, a Colombian company in the food and hospitality sector, grew with a strong sense of identity and purpose, organically integrating responsible practices into its operations. However, these efforts lacked structure and a clear long-term vision to support decision-making and future growth.

The Challenge
Although there was a genuine intention to create value beyond the core business, the organization lacked clarity on where to begin its sustainability journey. The challenge was to build a shared vision, define priorities, organize existing practices, and embed sustainability as a way of operating beyond compliance.
